消防車を作るために、トラックの荷台に乗せるボックスです。角パイプでフレームを作って、ボンデ鋼板（亜鉛めっき）で仕切板を貼ります。単純な箱に見えますが、フレームは溶接すると歪みが出るので、出ないようにしたり、出た歪みを矯正したりすることはマウンテックのノウハウです。
安易に出来ますよという会社さんもありますけど、ちゃんとした品質で製品を作れる会社は少なくなってきているのではないかと感じています。
ここ最近、板金業会は景気があまり芳しくないようで、周りで業界企業の廃業や倒産の話を聞くことが多くとても悲しい気持ちになります。

For building fire trucks, we create boxes mounted on truck beds. We make the frame with square pipes and attach partition plates made of zinc-coated bonderized steel sheets. Although it may look like a simple box, welding the frame can cause distortions, and it requires our expertise at Mountec to prevent or correct these distortions.

While some companies may claim that it is easy to do, I feel that there are fewer and fewer companies capable of producing products with proper quality. Recently, the sheet metal industry hasn’t been doing well, and I’ve been hearing more about companies in the industry closing down or going bankrupt, which makes me feel very sad.
