名古屋商工会議所の嶋尾会頭の計らいで、若鯱会会員の中で、製造業の社長を集めて座談会を開催しました。原材料高騰、人手不足、賃上げ、価格転嫁など中小企業の製造業における共通する課題について意見交換をしました。嶋尾会頭はお忙しい中にも関わらず、我々の話しを真剣に耳を傾けていただきました。中小企業製造業が道を切り拓く素晴らしい機会となりました。また他の業種でも開催できればと思っています。名商の皆様、ご参加の皆様素晴らしい機会をありがとうございました。

At the initiative of Chairman Shimao of the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a roundtable discussion was held with presidents of manufacturing companies among the Wakashachi-kai members. We exchanged opinions on common issues faced by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, such as soaring raw material costs, labor shortages, wage increases, and price transfers. Despite his busy schedule, Chairman Shimao listened intently to our discussions. It was a wonderful opportunity for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to pave the way forward. We hope to hold similar discussions with representatives from other industries as well. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry and all the participants for this excellent opportunity.
