マウンテック自社製のプレス機で、歪み直しをしています。溶接で大きく歪みが出たプレートをプレス機で補正しています。ガスで炙って補正する方法もありますが、今回はこちらの方が早いのでこれでやっています。単純に溶接やるだけならどこの会社でも割とできますが、歪みを出さない、歪みをとる技術はどこでもできるものではありません。

Distortion is corrected by Mountec’s original press machine. A plate that has been heavily distorted by welding is corrected with a press machine. There is another method of correcting distortion by searing with gas, but this method is used in this case because it is faster. Just welding can be done by any company, but not every company has the technology to remove distortion and prevent distortion.
