今度は配電盤の下に敷かれるベース架台作りました。ベース架台製作は奥が深く、上に乗る筐体との関係性、基礎との関係性を鑑みて製作する必要があります。また単体で置かれる機械の架台とは違い、配電盤ベース架台は、何本も横に並ぶ配電盤の下に敷かれるため、隣のベース架台との関係性にも配慮が必要です。マウンテックではそんな周りとの関係性も考慮して製造業を行っています。

This time, we have manufactured a base frame that will be placed under the electrical panels. The production of base frames is quite complex, as it requires careful consideration of the relationship between the frame and the enclosure placed on top, as well as its connection with the foundation. Unlike frames used for standalone machinery, the base frames for electrical panels need to account for multiple units lined up next to each other, so we must also consider the relationship with adjacent frames.
