ゴールデンウィーク直前に、マウンテックの近所の山武精肉店直営の高級やきにく屋さんで、新入社員歓迎会をやりました〜。今年に入ってから、3名もの新しい仲間が加わりました。3名を迎え入れる気持ちからか、焼肉だからか、会社からめっちゃ近いということもあってかわかりませんが、今回は参加率90%という最高記録でした。（以前までは、半分しか来なかったのに、、、）ここのお肉は、さすが直営店というだけあって最高のお肉でした。超個性的な社長！料理に対する愛が強い店長！何よりもサービスが凄い！うちの若手社員は、めちゃくちゃ食べるんですけど食べきれないほどの大満足なコースでした〜。ごちそうさまでした！

Right before Golden Week, we held a welcome party for our new employees at a high-end yakiniku restaurant run directly by our neighbor, Yamatake Meat Shop. Since the beginning of this year, three new team members have joined us. Maybe it was the excitement of welcoming them, the allure of yakiniku, or simply the fact that the restaurant is so close to our company — whatever the reason, we achieved a record 90% participation rate this time! (In the past, only about half would attend…)

The meat here was absolutely top-notch, as you would expect from a shop-run restaurant. The owner has a truly unique personality, and the manager’s passion for food is incredible! And above all, the service was outstanding!

Our younger employees have huge appetites, but even they were overwhelmed by the sheer volume and satisfaction of the course. Thank you for the amazing meal!
