今回、作っているのは変圧器（トランス）から配電盤へ繋ぐ、導体を覆うための配線用カバー、バスダクトです。銅でできた帯状の導体を保護したり、絶縁するための金属製品のカバーです。鉄やステンレスで作られるものが多く、溶接箇所も多いため製作にはとても手間が掛かります。歪みが出る場合には、天面の水溜まりを防ぐためや、振動によるビビり音を防ぐために適切な歪み取りが必要です。とにかく丁寧な仕事が求められる製品となっています。 This time, we are manufacturing a wiring cover—called a bus duct—that connects a transformer ...
